This depends on the items you chose, as some of our designs are made to order. Still, we aim to ship and deliver your order within 3 to 7 working days.
In order to get you and your home your perfect match, we offer to personalise poster designs. Just let us know your special needs at shop@mykoni.com and we’ll make the magic happen.
To make your payment as convenient and safe as possible, we accept all Credit Cards as well as PayPal.
We care about high quality and responsible thinking. That’s why we produce our products locally with an independent print studio based in Fulham, London. We print with premium, matt paper (220gsm) of the best quality and eco-friendly ink. Moreover, to protect our products on their exciting journey to your place, all of our prints (bigger than A4) are delivered in a rounded tube.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since receipt of your goods we will consider your circumstances but can’t automatically offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All damages should be reported promptly. To complete your return please get in touch as soon as you can with any relevant information.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@mykoni.com and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
